More than fifty people from the Stuttgart area share their lives and their view of the city in this book. Photographed and interviewed by a young team with migration and refugee backgrounds, Humans of Stuttgart tells the story of the city from fresh, personal perspectives. What started on Instagram has grown into a heartfelt collection of voices and images—direct, honest, and deeply human. The people in these pages are as diverse as Stuttgart itself. Their stories speak of everyday routines and fresh starts, of loss and hope, loneliness and friendship, creativity and dreams. Some speak quietly, others with great energy, but together they show how much every individual story matters. This book is more than a gallery of portraits. It opens space for listening, connection, and solidarity. Full of courage, humanity, and insight, it invites readers to look a little closer and discover both the uniqueness of each person and the rich diversity of the city itself.
